How does Return Policy Work?


Initiate A Return

Schedule Pick-up


A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services or you shall arrange to send it back.


Return the Item


Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative. Make sure that all the tags are intact.


Refund Processed


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.





General Policy:


We are providing Re-pickup facility in selected areas where our logistic service partners are servicing, however, if you are in an "out of service area", we will inform you of the same through email.


In case your address is not falling in the service area of our logistic partners, upon getting a mail confirmation from us, you should send the products through any of the reputed couriers within 3 days from the date of confirmation.


In such cases, you will be reimbursed return courier charges as per the mode of payment you opt for.


Always write not for sale or Defective good return on the cover while sending us the products.


You can track the status of your return from our site by logging into your account.


Please inform us about the returning of the product to us on [email protected] or by calling/what's app us by mentioning your ORDER ID.


The products being returned should be returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION along with TAGS and PACKING.


If upon receipt, we found that product is USED, WASHED, ALTERED or is not in ORIGINAL FORM, no refund or exchange or return is accepted.


Return of goods that are custom made, pre-stitched or prepared as per your specific order will not be accepted.

If you want to make an exchange we will issue you "reward points" to use for a new purchase. Reward Points include the value of returned items and a standard shipping credit so that you do not have to pay to have your exchange item sent to you.
